Limousine Service Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: JAN 01 2026
1. Reservations & Payment
All reservations must be made in advance and confirmed by Aerofly Toronto Limousine. A
deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Rates are based on vehicle type,
service duration, distance, and requested services.
2. Fees & Additional Charges
Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to:
• Overtime charges if service exceeds the reserved time
• Cleaning fees for excessive mess, spills, smoking, or damage
• Damage repair costs caused by passengers
• Parking, tolls, or venue access fees
• Gratuity may be included or added separately depending on the agreement
3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or changes made within a specified time before pickup may result in additional
charges. Changes to pickup time, locations, or itinerary are subject to availability and may affect
pricing.
4. Weather Conditions
Aerofly Toronto Limousine is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by
severe weather, road conditions, traffic accidents, or events beyond its control. Services may be
modified or canceled if conditions are unsafe. Refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related
delays, but rescheduling may be offered when possible.
5. Passenger Conduct & Driver Respect
All passengers must treat the driver with respect at all times. Abusive language, harassment,
threats, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. The driver has the right to terminate service
immediately, without refund, if passenger behavior is unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful. The
driver’s decisions regarding safety and vehicle operation are final.
6. Safety Rules
• Alcohol is NOT permitted in the vehicle under any circumstances
• No illegal substances are allowed in the vehicle
• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited
• Seat belts must be worn where required by law
• Unsafe or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund
7. Call Recording
Aerofly Toronto Limousine may record phone calls for training, quality assurance, and customer
service purposes.
8. Liability
Aerofly Toronto Limousine is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. The client
assumes full responsibility for all passengers associated with the booking.
9. Agreement
By booking or using Aerofly Toronto Limousine services, the client acknowledges and agrees to
all terms and conditions stated above.
